FusionVM MSSP, from Critical Watch, puts the power of the FusionVM Software as a Service infrastructure in a single set of appliances for on site deployment in your SOC and at customer sites. This security, risk and compliance management SOC-in-a-Box enables an on-site, multi-tenant architecture for managed security services delivery. FusionVM MSSP allows organizations to manage multiple distinct clients from a centralized console, as well as provide a user(s) with various levels of access to more than one client using a single login. It is primarily designed for MSSP's or other service organizations to offer vulnerability management as an ongoing service. However, the module may also apply to large organizations with multiple lines of business, divisions or subsidiaries, with the general need to manage certain entities as distinct billing units.

• Multi-Tenant Architecture - Developed over 7 years of providing services to large global IT outsourcers, FusionVM MSSP combines secure separation of client data with global scalability so you can deploy at any point in the world while insuring your client’s data segmented from other clients and protected.
• New Client Provisioning - FusionVM MSSP provides the ability to create a new client entity once they are contracted for services. Once a new client is provisioned they can be edited by users with the MSSP Manager role.
• Multi-Tenant Permission and Administration - FusionVM MSSP was designed for MSSP’s, IT outsourcers, or IT audit/consulting firms needing to manage a security risk and compliance service across multiple clients from a common interface. Central to this requirement is the ability for security analysts at the MSSP to create and manage multiple clients from one view, while the individual client is shown only their specific view. The MSSP Manager role enables these super users to control the rights of non MSSP managers within an individual client or across multiple clients. End user clients have all the normal permissions granularity of FusionVM to enable appropriate access to functionality and reporting.
• Multi-Client Reporting Dashboard - The reporting capability within FusionVM MSSP tab provides a dashboard of summary metrics presented in a “by client” view. This enables top level understanding of risk and compliance levels at each client, as well as comparison comparability to measure relative performance.
